Reaching the needs of our GBLTQ Community
MCC Illiana is a church dedicated to creating opportunities for the development and support of our local community. In order to accomplish this goal we need people who can be co-developers of groups and activities. We have a wonderful building in a great location which MCC Illiana wants to be used at place for various support and affinity groups. If you would be interested in help us to start up a group, please let Rev. Michael know.
Types of groups that we are looking to start: transgender support, GBLTQ- friendly Alcoholics Anonymous, P-FLAG, Queer Youth. If any of these seem important to you or if there is another type of group you would be interested let us know.
